Do you build outside Davidson?
Yes. Lake Norman, Mooresville, Cornelius, Huntersville, Concord, Charlotte and across the state line into South Carolina, where we're also licensed.
Is the first consultation really free?
Always. It's a conversation about vision, timeline and budget, with no obligation. Custom planning starts with a $2,500 design deposit that is fully credited to your build contract.
How long does a custom home take?
Six to nine months for a full custom home; three to six for smaller homes, garages and additions. Water damage restoration is usually two to three weeks, and floors about a week.
Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes, on restoration and roofing claims. We document the damage the way adjusters expect and handle the claim with you.
Can I change things during the build?
Yes. The building team is a phone call away, and selections are made with our design team so you feel confident in every decision.
