Damaged pipe flashing
Pipe flashings usually need replacing every 10–12 years. The rubber seal dries out and cracks, and water leaks into the attic, soaking insulation and going unnoticed until mould grows and the drywall ceiling is damaged.
New pipe flashing
Our maintenance service replaces every pipe flashing on the roof: a prudent investment that prevents substantial problems later.
Lifted shingles or nails
Lifted nails raise shingles so they blow off in strong winds, and over time punch through and leave a hole. Regular inspections catch these minor problems before they escalate.

If your home has recently experienced a hail storm or high winds, contact us for a complimentary inspection. You may have damage to your roof, gutters, siding or windows. One of our trained specialists inspects the property and provides a report to submit to your insurance carrier for a complete replacement or repair.
Hail storms are destructive: shingles, siding, gutters and windows. Insurance will cover the cost of repairing or replacing the roof if the damage is deemed sufficient.

Water damage? Two to three weeks and it's right again.
A burst pipe, a failed roof, a storm. We work directly with your insurance provider, put the house back together and usually have it looking right again inside two to three weeks.
What happens when you call.
Richard comes out, looks at the damage and the cause, photographs and documents it in the format adjusters expect, and gives you a written scope. If the roof is the cause, we fix that first.
Then the rebuild: drywall, insulation, flooring, trim, paint and any cabinetry or tile that was lost, matched to what was there or upgraded if you'd rather.
