Design & planning deposit
$2,500 to begin, credited in full to your build.
To begin custom planning and site-specific preparation, we require a design deposit of $2,500. It covers:
- Floor plan modifications and design coordination
- Homesite evaluation and layout planning
- Builder budgeting and pre-construction documentation
This deposit is fully credited toward your final build contract.
